Landline Customers:

Landline price remains the same and the service will be seamlessly be shifted to The One.

Direct Debit:

Direct debits will automatically be moved over to The One. Kindly do not do any changes to your direct debit. Moving on you will see a charge under “THEONE” on your bank accounts.

Charge dates:

The dates you were previously being charged will remain the same. No changes on charge dates.
