MS3  UPDATE: 
Dear Customer,
As we continue to upgrade the Scunthorpe network from 10G to 400G backhaul, we require a 60-minute maintenance window to fix a fault with a 100G circuit which is designed to link the network back to the main Openreach exchange.
Date and time of Change:
Tuesday 20th February 2024 from 00:01 to 01:00.
Description of the work:
The change will involve replacing a Cisco router with suspected faulty port.
Expected Impact:
Customers located in Scunthorpe may experience up to 15 minutes loss of service between 00:01 and 01:00, service will automatically resume after the outage.
We apologise for the disruption to services during the upgrade; however the changes are required to improve network capacity and resiliency.

MS3 UPDATE:
Dear Customer,
MS3 are carrying out maintenance, to improve quality and standards in one of the Hull Cabs, this will improve records and supportability of the Cab.
Date and time of Change:
Tuesday 27th February 2024 from 09:00 to 13:00.
Description of the work:
Engineers will be working in HUL115 Cab validating cabinet cabling records and improving patching standards.
Expected Impact:
Customers may experience a 30 second loss of service during the maintenance window to allow for cables to repatched.
